Refund, Resend, and Returns Policy
At AroaStyle, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. This page outlines our policy regarding refunds, resends, and returns.
✅ What Qualifies for Refund, Resend, or Return
1. Order Delays
- USA: 45 days after departure
- Brazil: 110 days due to customs delays
- Other: 100 days for certain shipping lines
2. Orders Not Received
- If tracking shows delivered, no refund/resend will be provided.
- If not received, a non-delivery certificate is required from the local post office.
3. Damaged Products
- Full refund/replacement for severely damaged products.
- Partial refund for minor damage (e.g., small scratches).
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
- Full refund or replacement for incorrect items.
- Partial refund or resend for missing non-critical parts.
5. Order Cancellations
- Full refund before order is processed or shipped.
- Customized/pre-order items cannot be canceled after payment.
🔍 How to Submit a Dispute
Include the following when submitting a dispute:
- Photos/videos of damaged products
- Screenshots of complaints (with name, date, content)
- Return the product if requested
⚠ Important Notes & Exceptions
1. Dispute Deadlines
Disputes must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
2. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control:
- Natural disasters
- Epidemics
- Customs delays
- War or unrest
3. Shipping Method Restrictions
No disputes for certain non-trackable shipping methods.
4. Delivery Location Restrictions
Disputes may not be accepted for orders shipped to regions with known limitations.
5. Returns
- Must be authorized in advance
- Unauthorized returns won’t be processed
- Return within 30 days of receipt
6. Service-Based Products
Service-related products (e.g., photography, packaging) are non-refundable once fulfilled.
7. Unacceptable Disputes
- Change of mind
- Product looks different than expected (without defects)
- Delays due to customs/natural events
- Wrong item ordered or address provided

Order Status
Disputes can't be opened once the order status is "closed".
Shipping Method Limits
No disputes accepted for certain shipping methods sent to specific countries:
- PostNL
- Electric PostNL
- CJPacket EUB
- CJPacket Postal Route
- CJPacket Railway Economy
Destination Limits
We do not accept disputes for orders shipped to high-risk or restricted regions.
Returns Reminder
Service Products Disclaimer
No refunds for low-quality service products unless a quality inspection was completed.
Unacceptable Disputes (Expanded)
- Unusual product odors
- Deleted or altered tracking info
- Customs issues due to non-compliance
